MSA Yield Contest

For all who entered the contest for 2025, the harvest data is due by November 30, 2025. To complete the harvest form, click the button below;


RULES & ELIGIBILITY:

PLEASE NOTE: 
  • Harvest data will be due in November. Once the entries have closed, you will receive an email on how to submit this data. 
  • Grain weights MUST be obtained from a state-certified grain scale.
  • Grain weights taken from yield monitors are NOT acceptable.
  • Scale tickets must be uploaded with the harvest form.

Yields will be calculated on the basis of the weight of harvested soybeans, corrected to 13 percent moisture and converted to bushels per acre. The official yield is that which is calculated by MSA from data obtained from contest report forms. The equation for calculating a final yield can be found here.

​Contest entries cost $25 per entry, in addition to membership fees for growers who are not currently MSA members. Fees will be billed upon entry into the contest.

Category winners each receive $1000.
